Ingredients of Yogurt pulao
STEP : 1
First i created first served yummy & tasty yogurt pulao. Everyone loves this pulao alot. First i washed rice then drenched for 15 mins.
STEP : 2
2nd step is add yogurt, salt & turmeric powder mix it well & grind it nicely. Yogurt pulao is very tasty & yummy.
STEP : 3
3rd step is almost ready whisked yogurt liquid & keep a side liquid & we did use this yogurt liquid in pulao.
STEP : 4
4th step is in separate cooker add 2 spoon ghee when ghee hot den add peanuts, urad dal, curry leaf, & mustard seed den fry them for 10 mins.
STEP : 5
5th step is when fried dry masala properly, den add drenched rice then stir it well for 5 mins, yogurt pulao is a very quick recipe.
STEP : 6
6th step is after cooked rice then add whisked yogurt den mix it well & cover it up the cooker& cook it just 1 vessel after that turn off the heat when open the cooker then get a plate & take ready yogurt pulao, its a very tasty & awesome dish, done my yummy yogurt pulao thanks i hope you like it this dish.
