bharwa white bangen is the one of the special type of vegetable that is mostly cooked in the winter session normally. this vegetable is very testy cooked at the home mostly and it is serve with the chappati or roti normally.

Ingredients of White baingan fry

0.50 kg White bangen
0.25 cup mungfali
5.00 no red chili
0.25 cup dhaniya gota
1.00 no onion
3.00 no greenchili
2.00 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp haldi powder
0.50 tbsp red chili powder
1.00 tbsp dhaniya powder
0.25 cup oil

First we take mungfali, red chili and dhaniya gota and heat it and after heating the drop out it in a bowl.

Very very spicy and hot recipe..white brinjals has good source of fibre,it is rich folate,it is good for diabetics etc..In this recipe the very main thing was you have cut the white brinjals and in between you have added the mixture and after that you have fried it it was so so fantastic I can guess how the taste will be it will be so amazing surely I will try this recipe and thanks for sharing this fantastic recipe with us
