Roti stuffed with a mixture cooked with dry coconut and spices mixed together. Very good breakfast . four rotis will serve one. Roti made up of atta and rice flour. Can be eaten plain or can be served with curd or spicy chutney

Ingredients of For roti preparation

1.00 cup Wheat flour
2.00 tbsp rice flour
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp oil
0.25 cup water

1.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp chilli powder
0.50 tbsp coriander powder

For Roti Preparation

Put one cup wheat flour and two tbsp of rice flour in a bowl. Add salt and one tsp hot oil.

Roast the yedimai on the tava in medium flame on both sides in less than a minute. Use oil for toasting like rotis.

Basically it is a normal chapati me eat at our home regularly. Its very healthy for our body, we should avoid meda roti so this one is good for those who didn't like maida roti much.
