Ingredients of For roti preparation

1.00 cup Wheat flour
2.00 tbsp rice flour
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp oil
0.25 cup water

1.00 no onion
0.50 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp chilli powder
0.50 tbsp coriander powder
1.00 tbsp Oil

For Roti Preparation

Put one cup wheat flour and two tbsp of rice flour in a bowl. Add salt and one tsp hot oil.

Pour enough water to make it into a soft dough. Knead for atleast 5 mins for softer dough. Apply oil on the surface and keep it close for 10 mins.

Roast the yedimai on the tava in medium flame on both sides in less than a minute. Use oil for toasting like rotis.
