Samba Godhumai | Broken Wheat is very good for health and we can prepare easily than it is very good for sugar persons how all are having sugar and it will be very tasty to have every one will have this pongal.

Ingredients of Wheat rava pongal

4.00 tbsp Oil
1.75 cup Cracked wheat
1.25 cup Moong dal
1.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 tbsp black pepper
1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds
0.00 no Asafoetida
4.00 no red chilli
0.00 no Curry leaves
4.00 cup Water
0.00 no Salt needed

Wheat rava pongal

Take the ingredients Broken Wheat,4-5 dried red chillies ,Moong Dal,black pepper,Cumin seeds for making Samba Godhumai Pongal.

STEP : 1

Now you need to Wash and soak moong dal for at least 5 min, set it aside.

Heat oil in a cooker and than put 1 tsp of Ghee keep it in low flame.

Now mix moong dhal,Broken Wheat and add the Asafoetida power than mix it. keep it in high flame.

Now add the 4 cups of water in the cooker.Than keep it in high flame.
