This is basically for diet people. This wheat porridge is good for health and preparation method is very easy and simple. We can drink this daily basis as a tea or coffee. I like this one. Hope you too like this.

Ingredients of Wheat porridge

1.00 cup wheat
2.00 cup water
3.00 tbsp jiggery
1.00 tbsp cardamom powder
1.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 tbsp salt
