this dish is a mouth watering sweet dish prepared with wheat flour and jaggery .this is very easy to prepare with less ingredients .this recipe is rich in iron and very yummy to taste.every one in the family will enjoy this sweet.

Ingredients of Wheat payasam

1.00 cup wheat flour
1.00 cup milk
1.00 cup jaggery
0.50 cup Water
2.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp dry fruits

first take a bowl add wheat flour and some salt and using water make it as a bundhi batter
