Wheat patties

STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare Broken wheat patties ;we need samba broken wheat;onions;carrot; potato; capsicum;red chilli sauce; soya sauce;garlic cloves;coriander leaves; cheese; green chillies;oil and salt.

STEP : 2
Add two medium size potatoes in a pressure cooker or in a vessel ;let it boil.

STEP : 3
When it is cooked ;strain the water ;peel the potato skin and grate it or mash it.

Turn on the flame ;place a vessel ;boil 2 cups of water to cook broken wheat.

Add little bit of salt ;stir it slowly for under 2 to 3 minutes in a medium flame.

Add a cup of broken wheat mix it slowly for under few minutes in a low flame.

When the samba broken wheat turns upma consistency after mixing it ;turn off the flame

Allow the boiled upma to cool for few minutes and then transfer in a bowl.

Add the grated potato along with the broken wheat upma for making mixed veg patties.

Add a cup of finely chopped green capsicum or bell peppers along with the ingredients.

Add a cup of finely chopped onions along with the other ingredients in a bowl.

Add few grated cheese along with the mixed vegetables ;you can use grated paneer also.

Add half cup of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or cilantro into the other ingredients.

Add half cup of finely chopped garlic cloves and green chillies along with the ingredients.

Add a tablespoon of red chilli sauce or green chilli sauce into the multi ingredients.

Add a tablespoon of soya sauce in a mixing bowl along with the multi ingredients.

If there is excess moisture add a tablespoon of wheat flour or bread crumbs in it.

Add half tablespoon of salt or as per taste and mix it by using hands.

Grease a palm with little bit of oil and take some amount of mixture and shape the mixture.

Heat a pan or griddle ;add some amount of oil for shallow frying and let it heat.

Place the raw patties one by one in hot oil and let it cook for few minutes.
