We usually buy wheat porrotta from restaurants and we get very tasty one which is really a mix of Maida and wheat flour , which is not at all healthy. So let's try this one which is only made of wheat flour and in a very easy way with lots of taste and health .

Ingredients of Wheat parotta

2.00 cup Wheat flour
0.50 cup Curd
0.25 tbsp Salt
3.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 cup Water

after two hours or more take the dough and we can see its more soft ,then make small small round balls from it

then take one ball and place on a flat surface then flatten it using a roller or use chapptahi press .

then take a teaspoon of ghee and apply it on one side of the flatten chappathi and do same at the other side too .
