Ingredients of Wheat parotta
STEP : 1
At the first step take a clean and dry bowl or plate and put some wheat flour and salt to it .

put curd to it and mix it well using a big spoon or clean hands , the bowl should be big enough to make dough .

then put some water little by little to it and mix it well and then make a dough and keep it aside .
STEP : 4
after two hours or more take the dough and we can see its more soft ,then make small small round balls from it
STEP : 5
then take one ball and place on a flat surface then flatten it using a roller or use chapptahi press .

then take a teaspoon of ghee and apply it on one side of the flatten chappathi and do same at the other side too .

then pour some wheat flour at one side , this is we doing to get some nice layers of porrotta ,

then sprinkle flour at the other side also and then make it zig zag shape apply flour in between as need .

then finish it rotate it and make round flat shaped , then do same with remaining balls and keep it aside .

then take one roll and flatten it carefully using the roller or hands ,we don't need a thin one . repeat same steps with the remaining .

then heat a pan or kadai and put one wheat porotta to it , apply ghee or oil if needed .
STEP : 12
when one side is nicely cooked and brawn turn the other side and when its nicely cooked take it out .

then cook the remaining wheat or gothambu porotta and have it hot with any gravy and enjoy with your loved ones .
