Ingredients of Wheat halwa

Be ready with the clean and fresh husked wheat of 1 cup which is the main ingredient for preparation of this sweet.

Take a pan add ghee of 4 table spoons to it and made the ghee heat in a low flame for some time.

After that add the husked wheat to the pan and mix well with the fresh ghee in a low flame to made it fry.

After the color of the husked wheat has changed put off the stove and remain calm to cool it down for further process.

In the mean while take the milk and made it to boil in a low flame until a layer is formed on the milk.

Also take another pan add ghee and roast the raisins in the ghee until the color has changed in a low flame.

Take that boiled milk of 1 cup and add those to the roasted husked wheat and mix well in a low flame.

In the other pan take fresh water of 1 glass and made it heat in the low flame for some time.

After that add the tasting salt to the water and mix well until it dissolves in the water in a low flame.

After that add the boiled water of 1 glass in to the pan and made the husked wheat boil in the water and the milk.

Mix well until it gets boil in the water in a low flame by stirring it well without any gap in between.

Now add the 1 cup of sugar to it and mix well until the sugar dissolves in it in a low flame.

Take the elaichi of 2 no which is for the taste purpose to made the sweet so tasty way we are using this.

Now smash this elaichi of 2 no to tiny pieces with a rod and kept aside for further preparation process of the sweet.

Add the fried raisins of 1/2 table spoon to the husked wheat which is cooked in the water and mix well with this.

Also add the powdered elaichi to it and mix well until the taste applies to the sweet in a low flame.

Not only that add the cashews of 1/2 table spoon to the pan and mix well with the boiled husked wheat.

Now add some pinch of rock salt for the taste purpose and mix well until it dissolves in it in a low flame.
