Ingredients of Wheat coffee
STEP : 1
first you need to take the ingredients wheat , Jaggery , milk , coriander seeds , wheat.

Now you need to wash the wheat and than soak it for 4 to 5 mins.

Now you need to take the soaked wheat and put it in a clean plate like this.

Now you need to Dry roast 1 cup of wheat on a saute pan in low flame until they turn dark in color.

Now you need to Dry roast the coriander seeds for 2 mins.keep the flame low.

Now you need to Remove them from the heat and allow to cool a bit.

Now you need to add the Jaggery into the bowl and keep the flame low.

Now you need to heat the Jaggery till it dissolves .It should be like this.

Now you need to take the Mixer Jar and add the wheat and coriander seeds and Grind it .

Now you need to Grind the roasted wheat and coriander seeds to a very fine powder

Now you need to heat the milk until it boils and keep the flame as low.

Now you need to add the boiled Jaggery into the milk and mix it well.

Now you need to wait for 2 to 3 mins and than mix it well.

Now you need to add the one tbsp of wheat and coriander seeds powder in to the milk.

Now you need to wait for 2 mins and than switch of the flame.filter it in a coffee strainer.
