A variety of sweet item which can be done with the wheat flout and jaggery this combination gives a very tasty sweet item not only this we are using some other tasty ingredients for doing this sweet more tasty and easy.

Ingredients of Wheat appam

0.50 cup Wheat flour
0.25 tbsp rice flour
0.50 cup jaggery
0.25 cup water
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp baking salt
2.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 cup oil
1.00 no cardamom
1.00 no banana
0.50 tbsp coconut powder

Wheat appam

Take the jaggery of 1/2 cup and pour some water to it in order to get dissolves easily before the start of the process.

Take 1 no of cardamom and smash to powder with the help of the rod in to a fine powder in the bowl.
