Ingredients of Wheat appam
STEP : 1
Take the jaggery of 1/2 cup and pour some water to it in order to get dissolves easily before the start of the process.

Take the one ripen and fresh banana which is used for the preparation process of this appam in a easy and tasty manner.

Peel the skin of the banana and made them to slice to small pieces in the plate and kept aside for preparation.

Collect the wheat flour of 1 cup which will be more to do this appam with this flour in a easy way.

Take 1 no of cardamom and smash to powder with the help of the rod in to a fine powder in the bowl.

Take one bowl add the wheat flour of 1/2 cup to the bowl which we can prepare batten for doing of this appam.

Take the rice flour of 1/2 table spoon and add this to the wheat flour in the bowl and mix well.

Add the sliced banana pieces to the flours in the bowl and mix well with this banana in the bowl only.

Add the 1/2 table spoon of the coconut paste which is fresh one to the flours in the bowl and mix well.

Add the tasting salt of 1/4 table spoon to it and mix well in the bowl with the flours gently in the bowl only.

Add the normal salt of 1/4 table spoon to it and mix well with the all the flours in the bowl gently.

Now add the fresh ghee of 2 table spoons to it for the taste purpose and mix well with the flours.

Heat the jaggery for some time in order to dissolve all the pieces in a low flame in a bowl for some time.

Add the 2 table spoon of oil to the bowl containing the flours and mix well in the bowl with a spoon.

Add the powdered cardamom of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl containing all the powders and mix well to all over the flours.

After that add the dissolved jaggery to the bowl and mix well in order to form a fine batten for some time.

We can see that a thick paste is formed in the bowl after adding of the jaggery to it and kept aside for further process.

Take the paniyaram pan and add the oil to all the holes in the pan and made it to heat in a high flame.

Add the prepared batten to it and keep the flame in a low flame and made it to fry in the oil for some time.

When one side is cooked turn to other side and made other side also cook well and then take in to the serving bowl.
