Candied watermelon rind is sweet and delicious recipe which can be made instantly only with few ingredients , for these summer these dish refresh the body and energy .It is a smoothie dish so that kids like to have these new one.

Ingredients of Watermelon rind

0.50 no Watermelon
1.00 cup Sugar
3.00 no green cardamoms
2.00 no Bay leaf
1.00 no Cinnamon stick
0.25 tbsp lemon yellow color
0.25 tbsp Salt

The key ingredients to prepare candied watermelon rind ,we need watermelon,sugar , bay leaf,cinnamon ,green cardamom,food color and salt.

After straining it ,Put a holes on all sides using tooth pick for easy dipping with sugar.

I tried this watermelon candies at home they are so good to taste believe me ,they are more tastier than normal watermelon they are awesome and preferable to be given to the children for that healthy and sugary things when they seek for its like candies but more nutritious to eat than normal chocolate or toffees or other flavours I generally make them and store them for a week or 10 days and they so good to taste and refreshing after meals!!
