This is the special drink made usually in south India during the hot summer,as watermelon is well known as the body coolant.This drink has good commercial value also during summer.When the coolant feature of watermelon and refreshing feature of lemon are merged it becomes great drink for suppressing thirst during hot summer.Preparation of this drink will involve very very less monetary value.
Ingredients of Watermelon lemonade
0.50 kg Watermelon
1.00 no Lemon
1.50 cup Water
2.00 cup Sugar
3.00 tbsp Roohafza
Watermelon lemonade

STEP : 1
Cut watermelon into piece, then take a spoon or scoop,scoop out flesh of the melon and put in to a vessel.

STEP : 2
Then using a squasher, squash the melon inside the vessel.Squash it properly till all the juice release out.You can also remove the seed or else let be .

STEP : 3
Then add about 2 cup of water and then add sugar,add sugar according to the sweetness of the melon.stir it properly.

STEP : 4
Squeeze out one fresh lemon and stir it occasionally.Add three spoon full of roohafza to it.As i preferred strawberry essence, you can your favourite flavour Chill with ice cubes and serve cold during summer.
