Ingredients of vermicelli tomato bath
STEP : 1
Take a narrow bottomed wide pan and add about 2 tablespoons of ghee in it and let it heat.

Now add one cup of vermicelli to it and fry it till it gets lite brown colour.

Now take the fried vermicelli to a plate. Now take a pan and add about 2 tablespoons of oil.

Once the oil gets heated add mustard seeds and also add chana dal and fry for a minute.

Now add chopped onion and chopped green chillies to it and fry it for about 2 minutes.

Once the onions get fried add chopped tomatoes allow it to cook for 5 minutes by closing the lid.

Once the tomatoes becomes soft add fried vermicelli to it and add about half tablespoon of Salt.

Mix it well and add about a cup of water and cook it for by closing the lid.
STEP : 9
Cook till the water gets evaporated. Now vermicelli tomato bath is ready. Serve it hot with a boiled egg.
