Ingredients of Vermicelli omelette

All the ingredients are taken as per measurement and requirement. Vermecelli, besan and eggs are the basic requirements of the dish.

Firstly, take a bowl and place the eggs into it. The eggs needs to be beaten to smooth batter. Eggs provides with vitamin A.

Add the food cleanser, turmeric into it, which removes the dirt. It is one of the good Indian spices, generally preferred in all curries.

Also add salt to it. This requires less salt. The lesser usage, makes it more tastier.

Also add ajinomoto, which adds a relishable taste to the dish. This ingredient is generally preferred in all nonvegetarian items.

Now the add the main ingredient, onions grated into it. Onions removes rawness in the food and makes it more ttastier.

Add chilly powder. Add it as per the requirement. Also dried chilly powder may be used.

Add dhaniya powder, the important spice of the South India. Raw dhaniya may also be powdered, to improve its quality.

Add a spoon of besan, which is a good binding for the dish. Also it tastes good.

Add the flavouring agent Garam masala into it. These may be manually prepared by lavoung, ilachi and dhaniya.

Finally add the diced tomatoes. These improves the quality of the food and is purifier of the blood.

Finally beat all the above ingredients to a soft and smooth batter. It can be done by a spoon or an egg beater.

Now take a kadai and place preheated oil and vermecelli. Also add onions till fried to brown in colour.

After it properly fried, transfer the ingredients into a mixing jar, so that the vermecelli is powdered to halfground.

Transfer it into an empty bowl, till it comes back to normal temperature and keep it aside.

Transfer the ground vermecelli into the beaten eggs. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for sometime.

Now take a frying pan and apply oil on it. Pour the prepared batter onto the pan and spread it.

After it is fried on one side, turn the omlete to be fried on other side.
