Ingredients of Vermicelli kheer
STEP : 1
Take 1/2 liter of full cream milk. Set aside the cashew and the raisins to be soaked. Take the vermicelli which would be ghee fried.

Heat the ghee in a kadai and add the vermicelli and fry till they are brownish in color but do not burn.
STEP : 3
Once the vermicelli is brown in color add the cashew by draining the water after it was soaked and fry them hard in the ghee.
STEP : 4
Now add the milk to the kadai and stir continuously and let the milk boil well for 10-15 minutes so that it thickens. Add the sugar and then stir continuously. Add the raisins and cardamom powder and the kheer is ready to be served once it is cooled.
