hi,VENGAYA is very good for our health.Every one need to have this vengaya thogayal.It will reduces the body heat, best for diabetics and good for stomach too.it is very simple to make this vengaya thogayal.

Ingredients of Vengaya chutney

1.50 cup Onion
7.00 no Dry Red Chilies
4.00 tbsp Urad Dal
4.00 tbsp Oil
1.00 no Tamarind Small Lemon Sized
1.00 tbsp Mustard Seeds
4.00 no curry Leaves
1 cup water

Vengaya chutney

first take the Ingredients small onion, Red Chillies, Urid Dal ,Tamarind, oil, curry leaves, Asafoetida.
