Traditional vendhaya kali is famous south Indian recipe, It is most hygienic and healthy dish , it helps to get rid from body heat and keeps it cool on whole day. All group age people like to have these vendhaya kali.

Ingredients of Vendhaya kali

1.00 cup Raw rice
2.00 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1.00 cup Jaggery
6.00 tbsp sesame oil
0.25 tbsp dry ginger powder
1.00 tbsp Urad dal
0.25 tbsp Salt
