Ingredients of Vendakkai puli kulambu

STEP : 1
In this step we have to soak 8 grams of mentioned quantity of tamarind in a bowl like as shown in below image. We have to soak this tamarind for nearly 30minutes before starting process of cooking.
STEP : 2
After soaking of tamarind in a steel bowl for 30 minutes We have to remove the pulp of tamarind completely like as shown in below image
STEP : 3
In above steps we have soaked tamarind and removed the pulp completely like as shown in above images. We have to soak fenugreek seeds or menthulu in bowl.
STEP : 4
We have to slice 5 lady fingers into small pieces like as shown in below image

We have to take tomato into small pieces add them into a mixi jar as shown in below image

Now we have to grind those tomato pieces into fine paste like as shown in below image

We have to take a kadai wash it neatly n add 5 table spoons of oil in kadai n heat it to go for further process
STEP : 8
Now we have to add sliced small onion pieces in kadai n fry them well into slight golden colour at low flame only we have to cook.

After completion of frying of sliced onions in kadai we have to add remaining garlic cloves which are crushed.

After that we have to green chillies to kadai containing onions, crushed garlic cloves like as shown in below image

After adding onions, garlic cloves, green chillies we have to fry them well. Now we have to add 1table spoon of red chilly powder or Karampodi Now we have to add salt as per required quantity according to your taste

After frying all the ingredients in kadai we have to fry them well until oil oozes out from the ingredients. Now we have to add 1 table spoon of red chilly powder in kadai.

In above steps we have fried onions, garlic cloves,green chillies well after that we have added 1 table spoon of red chilly powder or Karampodi in kadai.after that we have to add 6 curry leaves in kadai as per mentioned in ingredients column.

We have added onions, green chillies, garlic cloves,fry them well until they turned into slight golden colour. Now we have to fry them well n add grinded fine paste of tomato paste in kadai like as shown in image

After adding tomato paste to the kadai we have to add removed pulp of soaked tamarind to the kadai containing ingredients like onions ,green chillies ,garlic cloves ,grinded tomato paste Add tamarind pulp paste according to your taste don't add with dust particles in paste you can add as per your choice you can add more or less.

We have added tamarind paste to the kadai containing all the ingredients know now we have to add lady finger pieces which are sliced according to pictures uploaded in above steps

After adding lady fingers in kadai containing all the ingredients now we have to add 5 grams of menthulu to kadai.as per image which was uploaded in below of step. We soaked 5grams of fenugreek seeds or menthulu in first before steps know

After that we have added all the ingredients in kadai n fried well know.in this step we have to add 1 table spoon of Garam masala to the kadai containing all the above ingredients

In above steps we have fried all the ingredients in kadai well after that we have to take salt bowl near to the kadai, After that we have to add salt as per sufficient to all the ingredients n we can check it was sufficient or not.

After completion of adding salt to kadai we have to wait untill the salt get melted well

Now we have to take sugar bowl near to kadai to increase taste of our dish we were adding sugar to this dish

After taking sugar bowl near to kadai we have to add 3 table spoons of sugar in kadai containing all the ingredients like above steps

After adding sugar to kadai containing all the ingredients we have to boil well until all the bendi get boiled well

After complete cooking of bendis in kadai we have to transfer in a bowl enjoy with rice
