STEP : 1
Initially wash the ladies finger very neatly.Then cut into small pieces.You can cut the vegetables in round shape or lengthwise according to your interest.

Next take green chilies and shallots and chopped very well.Then heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds into it.When the mustard seeds start spluttering add this chopped vegetables into it.

When the color of the onion changes to brown then add the chopped ladies finger into it.Add green chilly also into the pan.

Next add turmeric powder,chilly powder and salt into the above mixture.Saute the mixture well for sometime.Close the pan for 10 minutes for cooking the vegetables well.

After 10 minutes open the lid of the pan and saute the mixture again.Now the delicious Vendakka Mezhukkupuratti is ready. You can serve it into a flat dish.
