  • 0.25 kg Ladies Finger
  • 8.00 tbsp Shallots
  • 0.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Chilly Powder
  • 3.00 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 3.00 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 6.00 nos Curry Leaves
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt

Instructions

  • Initially wash the ladies finger very neatly.Then cut into small pieces.You can cut the vegetables in round shape or lengthwise according to your interest.

  • Next take green chilies and shallots and chopped very well.Then heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds into it.When the mustard seeds start spluttering add this chopped vegetables into it.

  • When the color of the onion changes to brown then add the chopped ladies finger into it.Add green chilly also into the pan.

  • Next add turmeric powder,chilly powder and salt into the above mixture.Saute the mixture well for sometime.Close the pan for 10 minutes for cooking the vegetables well.
