Ingredients of Vendakka fry
STEP : 1
First of all lady finger fry for cooking we need 1 kg lady finger, 1 big potato, its a light vegetable &simple to prepare.
STEP : 2
2nd step is first chopped lady finger, & second chopped potatoes, its vegetable very tasty to eat, you can serve with chapati.
STEP : 3
3rd step is in separate kadai add 3 spoon oil after heat oil den add chopped lady finger fry it for 15 mins.
STEP : 4
4th step is till after cooked crispy lady finger den add chopped potato. saute it for 10 mins of cover up the plate.
STEP : 5
5th step is after completely fried lady finger &potato den add 1 spoon salt, 1 spoon red chilly powder, 2 spoon coriander leaf, & 1 spoon turmeric powder. stir it well for 5 mins.
STEP : 6
