- 1.00 kg Ladies finger
- 1.00 cup potato
- 3.00 tbsp oil
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1.00 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2.00 tbsp coriander leaf
- First of all lady finger fry for cooking we need 1 kg lady finger, 1 big potato, its a light vegetable &simple to prepare.
- 2nd step is first chopped lady finger, & second chopped potatoes, its vegetable very tasty to eat, you can serve with chapati.
- 3rd step is in separate kadai add 3 spoon oil after heat oil den add chopped lady finger fry it for 15 mins.
