Ingredients of Vendakai Mor Kuzhambu

STEP : 1
first take the ingredients Sour curd, vendakka , Turmeric powder, Jeera ,Red chillies, Oil ,Curry leaves, Green Chillies.

Now you need to take the small mixture grinder and than add the coconut to grind.

Now you need to close the mixture grinder and than grind the coconut like this.

Now you need to take the Cumin (Jeera) seeds and put into the mixture grinder.

Now you need to take the closer garlic and than add into the mixture grinder.

Now you need to take the Green Chillies and than add into the mixture grinder.

Now you need to add the little water and then grind it every thing well.

Now you need to open the mixture grinder and than paste should be like this.

Now you need to Heat the pan and put 1 tsp of oil into the pan.

Now you need to add the chopped Lady Finger into the pan . Stirring occasionally at medium heat until light brown.

Now you need to take the plate and Transfer the fried Lady Finger into the plate.

Now you need to add the 2 tsp of oil into the same pan.keep the flame high.

Now you need to add mustard seeds and than add curry leaves wait for 1 sec.

Now you need to add the dried red chilies into the pan wait for 1 sec.

Now you need to add the grinded paste into the pan.wait for 2 to 4 sec.

Now you need to add the Turmeric powder into the pan and than mix it well.

Now you need to add the Lady Finger into the pan and than mix it well..

Now you need to add the curd into the pan and than mix it well.

Now you need to add the salt to taste into the pan.keep the flame high.

Now you need to Cook for one boil and when bubbles start appearing, switch off the stove.
