Ingredients of Vellai paniyaram
STEP : 1
Take the rice soak in water for the whole night of 1/2 cup for the dosa batten before the night of the preparation day.

Also take black gram of 1/4 cup and rava this will also be soaked in water for the whole night before the preparation.

Now take those both soaked ingredients in to the jar and add some water to it in order for grinding process.

Make in to a thick paste by adding some little bit of water into it continously until it becomes a fine paste.

Collect this into the one cup mix well and make sure there are no any other particles in it for preparation.

To this add the 1/2 table spoon of the chana powder for the taste purpose and mix well in the bowl.

After that add salt to that mixture in the bowl of 1/2 table spoon and mix well until the salt dissolves in it.

Now add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to the bowl containing mixture and mix well until it mixes in the bowl.

After that add rice flour of 1/2 table spoon in to the bowl for crispness and mix well without any forming of lumps.

Now add the maida of 1/2 cup to the bowl for smoothness and for the taste mix well until it becomes a fine paste.

After that add the ginger flakes of 1/2 table spoon to the mixtures in the bowl and mix well throughly all the mixtures.

Now add the green chili flakes to it which are slightly cutted and mix well in order to know the taste just check this batten.

Take one bowl add oil of 1/2 liter to the bowl and made the oil o heat in a low flame.

Take the polygonal pan having the round shape and peer heat the pan in a medium flame for some time for further process.

Add those heated oil in to the holes of the pan once the pan gets heated and kept in a medium flame only.

Now put these batten that we prepared in to the holes and put the stove on high flame and made them fry.

When one side is cooked turn to other side and made other side also fry well by adding some more oil to it.
