We are using the maida for the preparation of this snack item not only this we are using the idli batten for the snack item to prepare in a easy and fast way once all the ingredients are ready in our hands.

Ingredients of Vellai paniyaram

0.25 cup maida
1.00 cup dosa baten
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 tbsp ginger
0.50 tbsp green chili
0.50 liter oil
0.50 tbsp rice flour

Vellai paniyaram

Take the rice soak in water for the whole night of 1/2 cup for the dosa batten before the night of the preparation day.
