Ingredients of Veggie patties

1.00 cup Amaranth leaves

1.00 tbsp Tomato ketchup

0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp jeera powder

0.50 no Ginger
1.00 tbsp Garam masala
0.50 cup Coriander leaves
0.50 cup Oil
1.00 tbsp Salt
3.00 tbsp corn flour

Veggie patties

The key ingredients to prepare Red amaranth patties ,we need amaranth leaves,red lentils, potatoes,onions ,coriander leaves,bread crumbs,corn flour,red chilli powder,mustard seeds,ketchup,coriander powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,egg,garam masala,Salt and oil for shallow fry.

This is a very different recipe. I have seen this dish made with vegetables but not with amaranth leaves added or egg. Seems to be highly nutritious and delicious! Works well as an evening snack.

I tried different Patties like Chicken Patties and burger patties but these patties I never try, although I like to try them. a mixture of vegetables is good for health, they give fibers and vitamins to us. I am gonna try this.
