Most of the Stu's are highly available in restaurants,It was very easy to cook in home same like restaurant style, Stu is a very good combination with Appam and Utthappam and idiyappam recipes.It has simple Ingredients and easy to cook.

Ingredients of Vegetable stew

0.25 cup Grated Ginger
5.00 no Green Chilly
0.25 cup Mint Leaves
0.25 cup Coriander Leaves
2.00 no Cloves Cardamon
0.50 tbsp Green jeera
1.00 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Oil

In jar add 1 cup of grated coconut and grind it using hot water and extract the coconut milk and separate as first and second coconut milk.
