Ingredients of Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup

STEP : 1
Firstly take 1 red Carrot, 2 Onion, 1 small Cabbage, 1 Capsicum, 1 Garlic, 1 small piece of Ginger, 3 Green Mirchi and 2 - 3 Spring Onion. Aggregate all vegetables in to a plate.

STEP : 2
Wash all vegetables properly with clean water for 2 - 3 times and cut down all vegetables in to very fine sizes. Collect all chopped vegetables in a plate.

STEP : 3
Now take an Alluminium Kadai or a Pan and wash it properly with water for 2 - 3 times and make it dry with clean cloth.

STEP : 4
Now put the kadai or pan on the gas stove and put on the stove. Add 1 cup of Vegetable Oil in to a Kadai or Pan. Let be heat the oil at low flame.

STEP : 5
After proper heating of vegetable Oil, put off the gas stove and add 1 tbsp Cummin Seeds in to the kadai.

STEP : 6
Saute the cummin seeds properly with constant stirring at very low flame. Here the cummin seeds should not be burn.

After proper frying of cummin seeds, add finely chopped pieces of Garlic in to the kadai and saute it for 30 seconds with constant stirring at low flame.

STEP : 8
Now add finely chopped pieces of Onion in to the kadai or pan. Here onion should not be of big size.

STEP : 9
Now mix the whole content properly with constant stirring. Let it be saute the content for 2 minutes only at low flame with stirring.

After proper frying of Onion, add finely chopped pieces of Green Mirchi in to the kadai. Here mirchi should be in round shaped pieces.

Now mix the whole content properly and let it be saute the whole content properly at low flame with stirring.

Now add finely and roundly shaped and chopped pieces of French Beans in to the kadai or pan.

Now mix the french beans with the whole content by constant stirring. Here french beans should not be of big size.

STEP : 14
Now add finely chopped red and fresh pieces of Carrot in to the kadai or pan. Here pieces of carrot should not be of big size.

STEP : 15
Mix the carrot with the whole content by stirring. Let it be saute and cock the whole content with ocassional stirring at medium flame.

STEP : 16
Now add finely chopped pieces of White Cabbage in to the kadai or pan. here cabbage should not be of big sized pieces. Add pinch of Salt.

STEP : 17
Now the finely chopped pieces of Cabbage with the whole content by constant stirring. Let it be saute and cock the content properly for 4 - 5 minutes with stirring.

Now add finely chopped pieces of Capsicum and Spring Onion in to the kadai or pan. Here pieces of Capsicum and spring onion should not be of big size.

STEP : 19
Now mix the whole content properly with constant stirring and let it be saute for few seconds with constant stirring at low flame.

After proper frying add 2 cup of Water in to the kadai or pan and make the flame high. let it be heat properly.

Now add 1 tbsp (or as per taste) of Salt and mix the whole content properly with stirring up to it gets dissolved completely.

Now add 1 tbsp of very fine powder of Black Pepper in to the kadai or pan and mix it properly by stirring.

Now close the kadai or pan with Lid and let it be cock the whole content properly with ocassional stirring for 5 - 6 minutes at medium flame.

After proper cocking of the content for few minutes, remove the lid and stir the whole content by spoon. Le t it boil for more 2 minutes.

Now add 1 cup of water in to the kadai or pan and let it boil the whole content properly for 5 - 7 minutes at medium flame with ocassional stirring.

Now check the taste whole preparation and if require then only add require qty. of salt or black pepper or water. Now the Crunchy Carrot - Onion - Cabbage Soup is readu to serve. Serve it in to the serving bowl and garnish it with finely shopped Spring onion and Dhaniya leaves.
