Masala Preparation

STEP : 1
Take a potato, peel and wash it and cut it into small cubes, cut the cauliflower florets into small pieces, take the green peas too.

STEP : 2
Heat oil in a kadai and add the panch phoron (blend of 5 spices) along with the red chili crushed and then add the vegetables. Fry it for a minute or two.

STEP : 3
Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder and ginger powder and mix it well and cook till the vegetable is boiled and become tender

STEP : 4
Set aside the cooked filling in a bowl and then let it cool so that it can be easily put as a filling
Samosa Preparation

STEP : 1
Make a dough of the maida and then form the circular shaped puris and then cut them across the diameter as shown

STEP : 2
Make a cone from the half circle as shown below in the image and pour the filling as shown in the cone.

STEP : 3
Repeat the same step for all the samosa batters and seal the base of the cone as shown in the image

STEP : 4
Heat adequate amount of oil in the kadai and deep fry the samosa on all sides till they turn golden brown and are ready to be served with sauce
