This is a very popular winter snack item or more popularly a street food recipe from Bengal. It is the normal conical samosa but the stuffing is made using the winter fresh cauliflower cooked in methi seeds along with potato cubes and fresh green peas. It is crunchy and served with sauce.

Ingredients of Flour Preparation

1.00 cup Maida
0.25 tbsp Salt

Masala Preparation

Take a potato, peel and wash it and cut it into small cubes, cut the cauliflower florets into small pieces, take the green peas too.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the panch phoron (blend of 5 spices) along with the red chili crushed and then add the vegetables. Fry it for a minute or two.

It is very good taste i have buyed in shops and i have eaten but never prepared at om and had because i never know to prepare samosa and even it is very good snacks for kids and elders and all in the family.
