Ingredients
Flour Preparation
- 1.00 cup Maida
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
Masala Preparation
- 0.25 nos Cauliflower
- 1.00 nos Potato
- 0.25 cup GreenPeas
- 2.00 nos RedChili
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Sugar
- 0.25 tbsp GingerPowder
- 10.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Turmeric
- 0.25 tbsp PanchPhoron
Instructions
Masala Preparation
- Take a potato, peel and wash it and cut it into small cubes, cut the cauliflower florets into small pieces, take the green peas too.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add the panch phoron (blend of 5 spices) along with the red chili crushed and then add the vegetables. Fry it for a minute or two.
- Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder and ginger powder and mix it well and cook till the vegetable is boiled and become tender
- Set aside the cooked filling in a bowl and then let it cool so that it can be easily put as a filling
Samosa Preparation
- Make a dough of the maida and then form the circular shaped puris and then cut them across the diameter as shown
- Make a cone from the half circle as shown below in the image and pour the filling as shown in the cone.
- Repeat the same step for all the samosa batters and seal the base of the cone as shown in the image
- Heat adequate amount of oil in the kadai and deep fry the samosa on all sides till they turn golden brown and are ready to be served with sauce
