This is a mixed vegetable salad which is hot and little sweet in nature. It can serve as a meal on its own or can be accompanied with other dishes. The sour taste in the salad is due to the presence of lime juice.

Ingredients of Vegetable salad

0.50 no Carrots
0.50 no Cucumber
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Tomato
1.00 no Chili
1.00 no Lemon
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Sugar

Wash the carrot, cucumber, chili, onion and tomato very well under running water - Chop the chili and the tomato very well - Peel the carrot, cucumber and onion and cut them into thin long slices as shown in the image.

One of the best salad recipe I have seen here with all the healthy ingredients from cucumber ,tomato ,onions and all type of spices they are giving such a good look, colourful presentation and all of them are very healthy and nice option even for the weight watchers and for eating healthy this is the best salad one can have .It is really appetizing as well as filling and I really like the way it is been presented over here thanks for sharing such beautiful salad recipe.
