Kootanjoru is one of the food prepared by kids to enjoy this is very easy to prepare and yummy because lots of hands together joined to prepare this especially kids this is popularly done in villages so try this with your kids to love cooking

Ingredients of Vegetable rice

1.00 kg rice
1.00 cup mixed grams
1.00 cup mixed vegetables
1.00 cup mixed pulses

1.00 tbsp salt
4.00 tbsp oil or ghee
0.75 tbsp mustard
1.00 tbsp Curry leaves
2.00 tbsp coriander leaves
