Ingredients of Vegetable rice soup
Vegetable rice soup
STEP : 1
Firstly take 2 3 medium sized Onion, 2 medium sized Potato, 1 small Cabbage, 1 Red Carrot, 1 medium sized Green Capsicum, 4 5 Beans, 4 5 Green Mirchi, 1 ripe Lemon Ÿ cup Basmati Rice. Aggregate all the vegetable in to a Plate.
STEP : 2
Now wash all the vegetable with clean water for 2 3 times properly and cut down all of them into very small pieces by knife or crusher. Aggregate all chopped vegetables separately in to a plate. Take out the lemon juice.
STEP : 3
Now take a steel container and wash it properly with clean water for 2 3 times. Make it dry by clean cloth and put it on gas stove.
STEP : 4
Now take 1 cup of Vegetable Oil into a steel container. Put the container on the gas stove at medium flame and let it be heat for few minutes. There should not be over heating of Oil.

After proper heating of Vegetable Oil add 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds into hot oil and let it be fry for few seconds with occasional stirring with spoon. There should not be burn out of cumin seeds due to over heating.

After proper frying of cumin seeds slow down the gas flame and at low flame add finely very small pieces or chopped Onion into the container.

Saute the finely chopped or very small pieces of Onion for few minutes at low flame with occasional stirring with the help of spoon only up to it gets get light brown color.
STEP : 8
Now add the finely and roundly chopped pieces of green mirchi into the container at low flame of gas. It should not be of big size.

Saute the finely chopped green mirchi pieces at low flame with occasional stirring with the help of spoon at low flame.

Now add finely chopped or very small pieces of Potato in to a container. There should not be big pieces of potato b/c it will take more time to cook.

Saute the finely chopped pieces of Potato at low flame up to it cook properly. Add pinch of salt so potato can be easily cook.
STEP : 12
Add fresh and green Beans in to the container. Here beans should be soaked into warm water before 15 minutes of preparation so it can be easily cooked.

Now mix the content properly with spoon and let be saute the fresh green beans properly at low flame for approx. 5 minutes with occasional stirring with spoon.

Add fresh and red finely chopped Carrot in to the container. Here the size of pieces of should not be big otherwise it will take more time to cook.

Mix all the vegetables and let it saute the finely chopped pieces of carrot at low to medium flame with ocassional stirring with spoon.
STEP : 16
Add fresh and white or green finely chopped Cabbage into the container. Here cabbage should not be of big size.
STEP : 17
Mix all the veggies properly with spoon and saute the finely chopped Cabbage properly at low to medium flame with occasional stirring with spoon.

Add fresh and green finely chopped Capsicum in to the container. Here finely chopped pieces of Capsicum should be soaked in to cold water before 15 minutes of preparation. Yellow or Red Capsicum can be also use.

Now mix all the content properly with spoon and saute the finely choaped pieces of green capsicum at low flame for 1 2 minutes with occasional stirring.

Add 1 tbsp of Salt in to the container and mix all the content properly with spoon so that taste of salt can be disperse into the whole content properly.

Now take out fresh juice of yellow full ripe Lemon and remove the seeds from juice and add 1 tbsp of it in to the content. Mix the whole content properly with spoon so that taste of lemon juice can be merge properly in to the content.

Now add the 3 cup of purified water into the content. Make the flame medium to high and let it boil the whole content for 5 minutes.

Now take 1 big spoon of White Basmati Rice and make it clean by removing debris from it. Wash it properly with clean water for 2 3 times.
STEP : 24
Add washed white Basmati Rice in to the container and let it boil for 5 minutes at medium flame.

Mix all the content properly by vigorous stirring with spoon and let it boil & cook the Basmati Rice properly at medium flame.

Add Ÿ tbsp fine powder of black pepper in to the content. Mix it properly with stirring with spoon so the complete taste of pepper can be merge in to whole content.

Add Ÿ - 1 tbsp of soya sauce in to the content as per requirement and mix it properly with spoon by vigorous stirring. So that the content get brownish color.

Now close the container with lid and let it boil and cook the content properly at slow to medium flame for 6 7 minutes with occasional stirring.

Now remove the lid of container and add water as per requirement. If require thick soup the add little amount of water and if require thin soup the add more water.

Now make the flame medium to high and boil the whole content gently for 4 5 minutes with stirring occasionally.

Now check the taste constancy of preparation and if require then only add salt, lemon juice or black pepper as per requirement. Let it boil for 1 2 minutes.
STEP : 32
Now the Veg and Rice Soup is ready to serve. Take serving bowl and serve the hot veg. and rice soup. Garnish it with sprinkling of finely chopped Dhaniya.
