This is completely vegetarian food ,in which Vegetables and rice flour is the core ingredient. We can replace the vegetables as per your taste. I used beans and cabbage as vegetables. It can be made easily and it is very healthy dish.

Ingredients of For rice flour puttu preparation

2.00 cup Rice flour
1.00 cup Water
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 cup Coconut

For Vegetable Masala Preparation
