  • 1.00 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1.00 tbsp Onions
  • 2.00 tbsp Carrots
  • 1.00 cup Gobi
  • 1.00 tbsp Aloo
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt For Taste
  • 3.00 tbsp Ghee
  • 3.00 tbsp Oil
  • 3.00 tbsp Green Peas
  • 1.00 tbsp Dhaniya Powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Biryani Masala
  • 4.00 nos Corriander
  • 4.00 nos Mint Leaves

Instructions
 

Vegetable Pulao Recipe

  • first of all take the bowl and take the one glass and measure the one glass of rice and add them in the bowl
  • now take the water and add the water in the bowl of rice and soak the basmathi rice for half an hour
  • now take the gobi and cut them in to small pieces and add the pieces in the warm water and wash well
  • now take the carrots and aloo and onions and cut them in to the small pieces as shown in the image and keep them aside
  • now take the bowl and add the water in the bowl and then add the green peas in the water and boil them well as shown in the image
  • now take the wide bowl and switch on the stoove and add the ghee in the bowl and preheat the bowl
  • now take the whole biryani masala like cloves and dalchina chekka etcc ,as shon in the image add them in the ghee and fry
  • now take the green chillies and the onion pieces and add them in the ghee and fry well untill they soften
  • now take the carrot pieces and add them in the fried onions and mix well as shown in the image
  • now take the aloo pieces and add them in the fried carrot pieces and then mix all well once,
  • now take the gobi pieces from the warm water and add them in the fried ingrediants and mix all them once
  • now take the ginger garlic paste and add the one tbsp of the gonger garlic paste in the fried ingrediants and mix well
  • now take the boiled green peas and add them in the fried items and mix them once and keep the slow flame
  • now take the elachi and crush the elachi like a fine powder and add that in the fried items and mix well
  • now take the dhaniya powder and add the one tbsp of the dhaniya powder in the fried ingrediants as shown in the image
  • now take the one small cup of the curd and add the curd in the vegetables and mix all well and cook for 5 minutes
  • now take the soaked basmathi rice and add the rice in the fried items with masala and mix them all well
  • now take the water and add one and half cuo of water for the one cup of the rice as shown in the image
  • now take the salt and add the salt for the taste and mix once with the spoon and keep a lid over that cook well
  • now take the corriander and mint leaves add them over the boiled rice and again cook the rice in slow flame
  • now take the serving plate and seve the tasty and delicious veg pulav along with the raitha thats it tasty pulav ready
