STEP : 1
Firstly take a one carrot and cut this in a smallsizes as in the image . Now take a bens . wash this before cutting and cut in measurment aas inthe image . Cabbage also cut in thesame as in the image . And also cutthe 1 small onion . into small sizes as in the image . And also peel off the Avare kalu and wash this in a water .
STEP : 2
Now take a one small cooker . Add 2 spun of oil .and fry the vegitabel one by one .in a midium flame .
STEP : 3
Take a one midium size potato . and cut this one also in a small size . And keeep this in a water after cutting . And add this lastly in the time of frying.
STEP : 4
After frying all the vegitabel . Add 1/2 Cup of Moong dal. And 1/2 cup of Rice into the coooker . And also add 1 green chilly . Add 4 Black pepper. Add 2 spun of salt also.

After addingall to the cooker now close the cooker . And make it 6 whisel .in a midium flame .

After cooking upto 6 whisels . the pongal rice is looking as in the below image . Open the cooker after it is cool down .

Now take a one small thadka pan. IN this add 1 Spun of ghee . And makke it heat in a low flame. Add 1/2 spun of cumin seeds . 2 to 3 curry leaves . and fry this for 1 minute .
STEP : 8
After making the thadka . now add this to a pongal . and mix this fully . IT have to mix fully .
STEP : 9
Lastly in the time of serving chopped the coriender leaves for garnishing purpose . Choped this in a small as possibel .

Now the healthy and tasty . with cooked vegitabel pongalis ready to serve now . Serve this in a hot only .
