STEP : 1
Take the potato, pumpkin, pointed gourd, brinjal and wash them and clean it very well then cut it into small sized cubes as shown in the image.

Take the spinach and wash it very well and then cut it into small sized pieces as shown in the figure.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds and to it then add the chopped vegetable pieces. Fry them very well.

Now add the green chili, tomato and salt, sugar and turmeric and mix all the contents and cook till the tomato softens.

Now add the chopped spinach leaves on t o the kadai and start cooking and mixing with the rest of the contents.

Cook for 10 minutes in simmer till all the vegetables boil and the spinach is blended well with the rest of the contents. Add the mustard paste and mix well. Then serve when all the gravy is dried up.
