The key ingredients to prepare veg jalfrezi,we need ,green peas,onions,potatoes,green chilies, red chilies,ginger,capsicum,tomatoes,carrot,beans,cauliflower, cumin seeds, garam masala,coriander powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder,cashew nuts,garlic cloves,milk ,mint leaves,cinnamon,lavang,bay leaf,oil and salt.
