Ingredients of Vegetable dosa
STEP : 1
Make sure that all the required ingredients are taken.The main ingredients are chopped vegetables such as beetroot,onion,carrot and green chilies ,required salt and dosa dough.

You can add the ingredients in the dosa dough bowl itself.Add them one by one to the dough as shown in picture.

After adding them with required salt mix them well by a spoon to get a rosy colorful dosa dough as shown in picture.

Keep the mix a side.Take a non stick pan to the stove and switch on the stove and allow the pan to heat it medium.

After heating the pan take a spoon of dosa dough to the pan and spread it in a circular shape as shown in the picture.You can sprinkle a little ghee on the top and edges of the dosa to make it more tasty and crispy.

Cook the dosa till the base get a golden and crispy.When you can see the base gets golden color take it from the pan.Now you can see the colorful vegetable dosa .Now its ready to serve with chutneys like onion or coconut.
