Vegetable Dalia – Best Breakfast And Very Tasty Vegetable Dalia Recipe
- 1.00 cup Wheat Dalia
- 2.00 nos Onion
- 2.00 nos Tomato
- 1.00 nos Carrot
- 0.25 cup Beans
- 1.00 nos Potato
- 0.25 cup Green Peas
- 2.00 nos Green Chilly
- 0.5 tbsp Ginger
- 1.00 tbsp Red chilly Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 4.00 nos Curry Leaves
- 0.25 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Take one cup of wheat dalia (broken wheat),rinse it in water and drained out the water and keep aside.
- Wash and chop all veggies such as carrot,beans,potato and also fine chop one onion and two tomatoes and also fine chop some ginger and green chilies and bring some green peas.
- Heat a pressure and add some ghee or oil,and plotters some cumin seeds,ginger slices,green chilies and some curry leaves.
- Add fine chopped onion slices with them and stir for a few seconds,till it comes to transparent.
- Then add well sliced tomato slices with them and stir them for few seconds till it comes to mushy.
- The add all those chopped veggies like carrots,beans,potato,and green peas,mix well together for few seconds.
- Then add needed quantity of red chilly powder,little turmeric powder and little cumin seeds powder with them,mix them well,add enough salt for them.
- Now add rinsed and drained wheat dalia (Broken wheat) into them,and stir well for few seconds.
- Then add enough water for boil those ingredients in the 3:1 ratio,that is three cups water for one cup wheat dalia.
- Now close the pressure cooker lid and put weight over them,bring to boil for five to six whistles,After the pressure downs itself open and check the wheat,if it is not boiled add some water and bring to boil again,sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
