Toddlers are mostly make trouble to eat healthy foods,so that here we are going to do less spicy highly healthy vegetable kootu which makes love to eat toddlers as well as for all age peoples,the ingredients which was used for this recipe is easily available in our home at all time,

Ingredients of Vegetable curd kootu

1.00 cup Carrot
1.00 cup Potato
1.00 cup Beans
0.25 cup Grated Coconut
0.50 cup Curd

Wash all the vegetables and peel off the skin and fine chop all the given vegetables in to fine pieces;and also fine chop the green chilly and ginger into fine pieces;

In a pan add 2 cups of water and all the fine chopped vegetables and add some salt and turmeric powder into it;and keep boiling till the vegetables get cooked.

When the water gets completely dried and remove from flame and keep the recipe gets cold for ten minutes then finally add the thick curd into it garnish with coriander leaves and mix well then serve this colorful vegetable kootu with plain rice or with sambar rice or with any mixed rice.
