STEP : 1
Shred the cheese and set aside the Worcestershire Sauce, Fresh Cream and the black pepper powder to prepare the brown sauce in butter.

Peel the carrot and slice it into long pieces as shown in the image. Chop the beans and cut the cauliflower florets. Wash the green peas.

To prepare the sauce heat butter in a pan and then add the fresh cream and stir very well so that it mixes, add a pinch of salt.

Add the shredded cheese to the pan and then mix it with the fresh cream and let it melt thoroughly.

Add the Worcestershire Sauce, black pepper powder and add a cup of water and bring it to boil till a thick consistency is reached.

After the sauce is ready then set aside the same in a bowl so that it can be used to top the boiled vegetables.

Heat butter in a kadai and then add the cauliflowers in it and saute them very well so that they turn golden in color.

Add the carrot slices to the kadai and then fry them well so that they become slightly tender and also add a pinch of salt.

Add the chopped beans and fry the same in the kadai so that all the vegetables mix and gradually become tender.

Now add the green peas and a pinch of salt and continue to cook in simmer till all the vegetables get boiled.

Take out the vegetables and let it cool in a bowl on which the same can be served with the sauce topping.

Add the brown sauce on the vegetables and mix well and then it can be served with parsley topping as garnishing.
