For Rice Preparation
STEP : 1
Make the rice in the usual process using the Gobindo Bhog Rice (Aroma Rice). Heat butter in a kadai and toss the rice. Add some salt and the Italian seasoning.

Once the rice is cooked completely with the herbs pour it in a bowl so that it fits there and takes the circular shape of a bowl.
For Vegetable Cream Preparation

Wash and clean the baby corn, button mushroom and cut the paneer into cubes as shown in the image so that the ingredients are ready to be cooked.

Chop the mushroom into thin slices as shown in the picture and cut the baby corn too into small pieces.
STEP : 3
Heat water in a saucepan and add a pinch of salt and add the baby corn pieces so that they are boiled and become softened.

Take the onion and peel and wash it, take the capsicum piece and chop them into long thin slices as shown in the picture.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion and capsicum and fry them well till they soften and the onion turns brown in color.

Add the boiled baby corn to the mixture and fry it with the onion and capsicum and add a pinch of salt.

Add the paneer cubes to the mixture and fry them well and add some black pepper to the mixture and cook for a minute or two.

Add the sliced mushroom to the oil and mix it well and cook it uniformly with the rest of the vegetables.

Add the fresh cream (2 spoon) to the vegetables and mix them well with the vegetables so that a creamy gravy is formed. Take the vegetable in a bowl and serve it with the rice in a plate.
