A perfect and filling breakfast and for a hungry kids just home from school need to have something different and tasty to eat,so take that well deserved evening time hungry will fulfill by the Corn and bean burritos,it can be cook very easy at less time consumption.

Ingredients of Paratha preparation

1.00 cup Refined Flour

0.50 tbsp Green Chilies
0.50 tbsp Spring Onions
0.50 no Tomato
0.50 tbsp Crushed Peppercorns
0.25 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Grated Coconut
2.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 tbsp Chilled Sour Curd

Heat some water in a pan add the sweet corn kernels and green gram sprouts and bring it to boil for some times till it gets cooked.

It is very healthy receipe as you used sweet corn and green sprout.. it is receipe without oil so more healthy.. we can carry it easily with us while going outside..
