  • 1.00 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1.00 nos Carrot
  • 0.25 cup French Beans
  • 0.25 cup Red Bell Peppers
  • 0.25 tbsp Yellow Bell Peppers
  • 2.00 nos Onion
  • 2.00 nos Green Chilly
  • 4.00 nos Garlic Pods
  • 0.25 tbsp Ginger Slices
  • 0.25 cup Spring Onion Greens
  • 0.50 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Sauce
  • 0.50 tbsp Schezwan Pepper Or Black Pepper
  • 2.00 tbsp Oil
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt

  • Take one cup of basmati rice and rinse them well and soak them for fifteen minutes.

  • When the rice soaked well for fifteen minutes and drained out the water completely and Keep them aside.

  • Take some onion and fine chop them and also slit green chilies,fine chop some ginger and fine chop some garlic and fine chop some spring onions too.

  • Then now take and scrape out veggies such as carrots,french beans and bell peppers,fine chop them separately.

  • Take one cooking pot and add two cups of water into them and brings it to boil.

  • When it starts to bubbling then add those well rinsed soaked and drained rice to them.

  • Keep the flame low and stir well to avoid lumps formation and add half a tbsp if schezwan or black pepper powder to them.

  • Keep stirring to mix well and now remove from the flame and set aside the prepared schezwan sauce aside.

  • Heat a thick bottomed pan add some oil to them and then add those reserved fine chopped onion and some slitted green chilies to them.

  • Then now add well scraped and fine chopped carrot slices and fine chopped French beans slices to them.

  • Then now add those well chopped colourful bell peppers to them and stir for a few seconds.
