This is a continental dinner platter made from baby potatoes. They are marinated in herbs and then baked. The dish is served with a bread which is chili cheese toastizza. The bread is hard grilled using cheese onion slices and bell peppers. It is a light yet filling dinner

Potato Praparation

Take the baby potatoes, wash t hem and clean them well and cut it into 2 halves as shown in the figure
