Potato Preparation

  • 6.00 nos BabyPotato
  • 0.25 tbsp BlackPepperPowder
  • 0.25 tbsp Salt
  • 1.00 tbsp Butter
  • 0.25 tbsp Parsley
  • 0.25 tbsp Oregano
  • 2.00 tbsp CeleryLeaves
  • 1.00 cup Cheese

Bread Preparation

  • 1.00 cup Cheese
  • 0.50 nos Tomato
  • 2.00 nos Chili
  • 0.50 nos Onion
  • 0.25 nos BellPepper
  • 2.00 nos BreadSlices
  • 1.00 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

Potato Preparation

  • Take the baby potatoes, wash t hem and clean them well and cut it into 2 halves as shown in the figure

  • Mix the salt, butter, black pepper powder, the oregano and parsley leaves with the potato. Wash the celery leaves and chop them well

  • Heat oil in a kadai and then fry the celery leaves well in it so that they are cooked and become crispy, add a pinch of salt

  • Bake the potatoes for 3 minutes in a microwave and then take it out and add the cheese grated to the half baked potato

  • Put it in the microwave and then bake the potato for the remaining 3-4 minutes and after it is completely baked let it settle

Bread Preparation

  • Take the bread and cheese which is grated. Along with freshly chopped onion, chili, tomato and green capsicum as shown in the image

  • Put the cheese, tomato and green pepper, onion and green chili on the bread slice as shown so t hat it can be grilled.
  • Put both the slices in a griller and then toast the bread hard so that the vegetables on top are cooked and the cheese is melted and spread well. Then the dish is ready to be served with the baked potato
