- 0.25 kg Beans
- 0.25 kg Carrot
- 2.00 nos Spring Onion
- 0.25 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger
- 1.00 tbsp Garlic
- 3.00 nos Green Chilly
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 8.00 nos Spring roll sheets
Instructions
Veg Roll Recipe
- At the first step clean and chop the vegetables of your choice.I used carrot , beans and spring onion.
- Meanwhile heat a pan or kadai pour oil to it , when it is hot add ginger garlic and green chilly to it.
- Then saute it well for about two minutes and then add chopped onion and stir it well.
- When the onion becomes nicely translucent add the vegetables like carrot , beans and spring onion to it .
- Let it cooked well then add salt and soya sauce to it , then off the flame and let it become cooled . when it’s cool take one sheet and pour some of vegetable mix to it .
- Then roll it and at the end of roll paste some maida to make it sticked well. Then make rolls with the remaining mix and sheets .
- Then heat a pan and pour some oil to it when the oil becomes hot put the spring rolls to it .
- When one side is nicely brawn and fried turn it to other side and like that fry all the spring rolls and transfer it to a casserole . then serve hot with tomato sauce.
