Veggy Cheese Preparation

STEP : 1
Take the cheese and grate it properly. Let the grated cheese be stored in a vessel till we prepare other ingredients. Grated cheese gives amazing taste and liquidy feeeling to the dish.

STEP : 2
Now take onion and peel ot off. Cut the onion into small pieces very small not too big and keep it in a bowl. In another bowl take capsicum ehich is cut down into small pieces just like onion.

STEP : 3
For good taste and to add spicyness to the dish take few chilli flakes and if you dont have chilliflakes then take dry red chillies and crush it into powder and use it instead of chilli flakes.

STEP : 4
Quesedilla is an italian dish and oregano os most important spices of italian dish. It has peppy taste and adds flavour to the dish. Use oregano to mix in the filling to add a taste .

Nox take a big bowl and take the grated cheese into it. Mix small pieces of onion , capsicum into the cheese and mix well . Add salt as pwr taste into it. And mix well.

In the mixture of cheese ,onion and capsicum add the oregano and chilliflakes . Mix the mixture well. Oregano and chilliflakes gives an italian taste to the dish and makes it tasty.
Stuffed Roti Preparation

STEP : 1
Take maida in one bowl and add ghee into it. Also add baking powder , salt and curd into it. Mix it well and add water as per required and mix it well and knead the dough. Let the dough rest and then knead and divide the dough.

STEP : 2
After you knead and divide the dough into even balls of same size. Prepare your rolling surface and roll out the balls on the rolling surface. Put the hot pan or tawa on gas and put your rolled dough onto it. Cook it like regular rotis and make roti of every dough balls and store it in a vessel and cover it.

STEP : 3
Now take one roti and fill one half of the roti with the mixture used for filling of cheese , onion, capsicum, chilliflakes and oregano. Layer it properly and fold the half of roti over it.

STEP : 4
Now put a tawa or hot pan on the gas and put the roti with filling on the pan to fry. Keep oil on one side and let it fry properly on both side till cheese melt and onion and capsicum filling inside the roti fries little. Once it is cooked take if off the pan into the dish. Serve it hot with the ketchup into the dish.
