And now as the beginning step take a onion and clean it with fresh water and dry it and chop it into small pieces and add into a bowl.

and now take an another fresh and clean plate and add a piece of ginger garlic and green chili and chop them into tiny pieces.

and take a fresh and clean plate and add the cabbage piece and clean with fresh and clean water and add it into plate and chop into small pieces.

and now take a kadai or the frying pan and add some jeera of 2 table spoons and add some oil of 2 scoops and add one clove.

and now in the kadai add a table spoon of chopped garlic and table spoon of ginger and table spoon of chopped green chili.

and now mix all the ingredients and fry till it turns into golden brown color and add a table spoon of garam masala and salt and add cabbage.

and now cool down the filling and keep aside and take a fresh bowl and add some maida and salt to the bowl.

and now add some water to the maida and mix well and prepare as chapati fill the filling in it and wrap as momo.

and now after applying the oil or ghee to the momos take one by on into idly plate and keep it in a cooker and flame on the stove cook for 30 minutes and serve hot in a plate.
