Ingredients of Manchurian sauce ingredients
For veggie balls prepareation:

STEP : 1
Take all the veggies that you need to make a veg Manchurian,scrape out the skin and fine sliced veggies such as carrot,capsicum,beans,cabbage.

STEP : 2
Take some spring onions and fine chop spring onion whites and greens separately,fine chop some ginger,garlic,and green chilies.

STEP : 3
Take a wide mixing bowl add those well cleaned and fine sliced vegetables into them.

Take a spoon and mix well all the fine chopped veggies till it mixed well together.

STEP : 5
Now add two tablespoon of corn flour Starch and add two tbsp of all purpose flour maida.

STEP : 6
Then add half a tbsp of freshly ground black pepper powder and add enough salt with them and mix well.

Then mix them Well all the veggies and flour are mixed well together till the added veggies releases the water.

STEP : 8
Now sprinkle little water over them and knead well using your hands till it mixed well together. And it comes to soft to make dough.

When the veggie mixing dough comes to soft and divide them a small quantity to make a ball shaper epeat the same for making all veg balls.

Take a thick bottom frying pan,add one or two cups of oil and heat them for few seconds.

When the oil comes to right temperature then place those freshly prepare d veg balls into them.

When the added veggie balls comes to boil on one side, flip them to make boil on other sides,keep the flame in medium.

Bring to boil for a few minutes till those added veggies balls brings light golden brown color.

Make sure the added veggies balls obtains right consistency in deep frying,now remove from the flame.

Transfer the deep fried veggies balls to a clean and dried plate,then repeat the process for deep frying all veggie balls.
For Manchurian sauce:

STEP : 1
Take wide spreaded pan add two tbsp of olive or refined oil,and then add some fine chopped garlic and ginger slices into them and saute for few seconds.

Then now add some fine chopped spring onion whites and fine chopped green chilies into them and saute for few seconds.

STEP : 3
Then add some freshly grounded black pepper powder into them and stir well till it mixed well together.

STEP : 4
Then now add two tbsp if tomato ketchup and one tbsp of red chilly sauce, you can also use green chilly sauce instead of it.

Then now add quarter tbsp if light soy sauce and stir well to mix well all the sauces together.

STEP : 6
Then now add enough salt for them,be aware thus the salt us added for veg balls and soy sauce has light salt in it.

Then add one tbsp of corn flour starch and stir well continuously to prevent from lump formation.

STEP : 8
Stir well and brings it to boil for few seconds till the raw smells goes out.

Then now add those freshly prepared deep fried veggie balls into them and mix them well.

Mix well using a ladle till the prepared Manchurian sauce mixture are well coated to all the veg balls.

Finally garnish some freshly chopped spring onion greensor coriander leaves over them and remove from flame.

STEP : 12
Transfer the prepared dry veg Manchurian to a serving plate garnish well and serve hot with veg Hakka noodles or serve as a starter.
