- 1.00 cup Butter
- 1.00 cup Cauliflower
- 2.00 nos Tomato
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 1.00 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chilli
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Curd
- 1.00 nos bay leaf
- 1.00 nos cinnamon
Instructions

- As the first step take a peice of fresh cauliflower into the vessela nd add some water and turmeric and salt and boil for 10 minutes
- And now as the next step take some tomato peices and the cashew nuts and the onions and the garlic and the ginger in a mixer
- And now as the next step grind the tomato and cashew and the garlic and the ginger into fine paste and add into bowl
- And now as the next step after boiling the cauliflower off the stove and take it into a plate and seperate them and dry in the plate
- And now as the next step take a kadai and now add the oil and add the jeera and the bayleaf and the cinnamon peice
- And now as the next step stir fry the spices and now add the grinded tomato and other spices paste to the kadai and stir fry
- And now as the next step cook the gravy for some time and now add the red chilli and the garam masala and the salt
- And now as the next step mix all the ingridients and spices and now add the fresh and creamy butter and cook
- And now as the final step cook the gravy with adding some water and now add the cooked cauliflower into gravy and boil for some time and serve in a bowl
