  • 2.00 nos Tomato
  • 1.00 nos Onions
  • 1.25 nos Cauliflower
  • 2.00 nos Carrots
  • 1.25 cup Green Peas
  • 1.25 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 4.00 nos Cardamon
  • 3.00 nos Green Chilies
  • 1.25 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1.25 tbs Red Chili Powder
  • 1.25 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1.25 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1.25 tbsp Salt
  • 1.25 tbsp Garam Masala

  • First step you need to chopped the following ingredients tomatoes, carrots, Cauliflower, Onion and boil the green peas as shown.

  • Next step you need to take the kadai and put it on the stove and heat it and add the oil in it as shown.

  • After adding the oil next you need to add the Cinnamon and Cardamon seeds as shown.

  • Next you need to add the chopped Onions in the frying pan kadai and cook for a few minutes.

  • After cooking chopped Onions for few minutes next you need to add the half table spoon of ginger garlic paste in the pan as shown.

  • After mixing well ginger garlic paste next you need to add the chopped tomatoes in the kadai and mix it well and cook for a few minutes.

  • When tomatoes gets cooked you need to add the chopped carrots in the kadai as shown and cook for a few minutes.

  • Next you need to add the chopped Cauliflower and the green chilles and mix it well and cook for a few minutes.

  • After mixing well next you need to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the kadai as shown.

  • Next you need to add the half table spoon of red chilli powder in the frying pan as shown and mix it well.

  • Next you need to add the half table spoon salt or as per the taste and mix it well and cook for a few minutes.

  • For the final step you need to add the Boiled green peas in the frying pan and cook for a few minutes.
