Today I am going to share Keema- koraishuti or matar recipe but there is a twist this is" veg keema koraishuti" . This is a well known and very famous and easily cooked recipe. Made with soya keema .Let's try.

The keema with green peas is a very good combination and a perfect variety of vegetarian dishes. When we are bored to eat vegetables we can try this recipe. Its a quite different in taste and easy to cook dish.

This dish is made with soya chunks and granules and green peas, cooked in thick gravy.If we like we can add potato cube in it too. It is a very tempting dish.It is a good alternative to the popular non veg keema Matar.

At first take 1/2 cup of soya keema and small chunks and soaked into the hot water till it puffs up for few mins . Then drain out them from the water. Take a kadhai and add 2 tbsp of oil.
STEP : 5
Heat it and add the puffed soya keema in it .Let's fry it for few mins .Fry it till it takes light brown colour. Drain out the keema from the kadhai. Take two potatoes peel them and cut them in small cubes.

Take two onions 1/2 inch ginger 5-6 cloves tomato cut all of them in small pieces .Put them in a mixture jar and make a smooth paste.Take out the masala paste in a bowl. Keep aside.

Take a kadai add oil .Add the cubed potatoes in it fry it light brown. Now add the masala paste in it .mix it properly .Add turmeric powder , coriander powder , red chilly powder and garam masala powder in it.

Now add the fried soya keema in it .Mix well. Add 1/2 cup of green peas in it. Mix the hole ingredients properly.add salt as per required . Add a pinch of sugar in it.

Fry it till it started leaving oil from the sides of the kadhai. Now add 1.5 cup of water in it. Let cover it and sim the gas.After 10 mins open the cover and make the gravy dry as you wish. Garnish it with 1 tbsp of ghee. Serve it with rice or hot parathas.
